A product by BluBeds, powered by Bluprise and Laya-N

One desk for every company you run.

BluFox OS is a desktop command center that lives on your PC. Your AI agents, Claude Code, Codex and Lumina, work across all your companies and projects, and nothing leaves your machine until you have read exactly what is about to be sent.

  • Local-first. Workspace, memory and keys stay in ~/.blufox, encrypted by Windows.
  • Consent-gated. Every outbound request shows destination, purpose and payload first.
  • Agent-native. Built for Claude Code and Codex sessions you already run, not a chat box.
Booting 0%

This is the app's boot screen: BluFox counts the boot in, glances up at his crew in the clouds, and the same head is the window icon in your taskbar. In the app it lip-syncs ElevenLabs speech, perks its ears while listening and scans while thinking.

35 seconds of the real app.

Every product shot in this film is the unmodified Windows build running a synthetic sample profile, voiced by BluFox. Sound on.

Everyone shipped a Jarvis. Nobody shipped the office.

A voice assistant answers one person one question. A founder with three companies, nine repos and two AI coding agents running at once needs a place where all of it is visible, and where the agents can be put to work without handing over the keys.

A Jarvis-style assistantBluFox OS
One chat thread, one context.Companies, brands, projects and sessions in one hierarchy. Context travels with the project you focus.
Calls an API with your key, silently.Shows the exact payload, destination and purpose, then asks. Credentials redacted. Grants are revocable in Settings.
Talks to you.Delegates. Runs Claude Code and Codex inside your project folders with an allowlist: build, typecheck, tests, read-only git. No push, no install, no network.
Fails when a provider rate-limits.Moves the half-written request to the other provider with a hand-over note, Claude to GPT or back, Lumina last.
Hides what it costs.Reads your real Claude and Codex logs: tokens per model, per project, per hour, with a why-today-is-high note and a prompt compressor that cuts the bill.
Lives in someone's cloud.Lives in ~/.blufox on your PC. Memory runs on local Mem0 and a local embedder by default. Cloud memory is a switch you flip.
Review what you share. A supported request stops at the consent review: destination, purpose and the exact payload. Allow it once, keep it local, revoke it later.

This is the app. Not a mockup.

The frame below runs BluFox OS's real renderer, the same TypeScript, CSS and three.js that ship in the Windows build, on a demo profile for Blu Enterprises. The Electron bridge is replaced by a local stand-in, so every click works and nothing is sent anywhere. Pick a screen, or open it full size.

Finance PIN in the demo is 2026. The consent review, voice and self-coding agent need the desktop build; here they answer with a demo note instead.

Recorded on a real install.

Each clip is the unmodified Windows build running a synthetic sandbox profile for a fictional company, Northwind Labs. No real accounts, paths or keys appear. Pick a screen.

Command center. The dock orb is batched at 30 fps so screen switches stay under 25 ms.

What is in the box today.

Version 0.3.1, shipped 2026-10-20. Everything below exists in the current build, not on a roadmap. Waitlist members get access first.

Run the companies

  • Hierarchy. Holding, companies, brands, products, projects. Portfolio flag for client work.
  • Projects. PC scan finds every repo in under a second. File tree, assets, git badge, remote path on a VPS with Browse.
  • Brands table. Repository, PRs, branches, worktrees, on-GitHub filter.
  • Deployments. Health checks, nginx sites, SEO score with 13 checks, hosted-site cards.
  • Finance. Bills and expenses per business, PIN-locked Mercury and Stripe read-only tabs that relock after ten minutes.
  • Automations. Task Scheduler, per-VPS cron and systemd timers, editable.

Run the agents

  • Terminal. Threads that park and resume, context chips that decide what travels, a delegation lane that animates on real events.
  • Self-coding agent. Real Claude Code in the project folder, Opus at high effort, accept-edits, strict allowlist, consent per project.
  • Auto mode. Health every 15 minutes, gap rescan hourly, approved low-risk next steps started on their own, max three a day, Undo via stash.
  • Limit failover. Claude to GPT and back on rate limits. Continue-in-the-other-CLI with a hand-over note.
  • Next steps and gaps. Three to five ideas per project, approve to terminal or task, learned from your edits.
  • Sessions grid. Live last result per session, add feature, wrap release: commit, push, PR, sync, each step confirmed.

Know what is happening

  • Voice. Push-to-talk, hands-free with "Hey BluFox", barge-in in 300 ms, live two-way mode on ElevenLabs Agents.
  • Analytics. Token usage per model, project, hour and day. Model latency. Why-today-is-high with add-to-memory.
  • Knowledge graph. graphify on any repo, no LLM needed. Modules, key symbols, cross-module links. Obsidian export that never overwrites your edits.
  • Competition map. Competitors as critters on a map, from your own notes.
  • Code intelligence and diagrams in every project drawer.
  • Self-updater from blufox.bluprise.com with sha256 verify and a What's new panel.

It plugs into what you already pay for.

Bring your own keys. They are encrypted with Windows secure storage and never shown again. Hover a tile for what BluFox does with it and which consent grant covers it.

Who you are paying.

BluFox OS is built and sold by Blu Enterprises, a holding run by its founder, Chase. It started as the internal desk used to run the hotels business and the software studio below, and every screen on this page exists because one of these companies needed it first.

Two agents built this. Claude Code and Codex edit the same tree daily, under the same consent model the product sells.
Offline licensing. A license is a signed claim bound to your device; the server never sees your workspace.
